1. Minimum Booking Requirement:

o During peak season, a minimum booking of three people is required, unless agreed otherwise.

o If you have a large bridal party, Justine will source an assistant and an additional non refundable deposit will be taken. If required this will be agreed during the booking process. 

2. Deposit:

o A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.

o The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.

o Please note that your date will not be reserved until the deposit is received.

3. Bridal Trial:

o A bridal trial is a crucial step in ensuring your complete satisfaction with the makeup on your wedding day.

o It is required for all brides unless otherwise agreed upon by Justine.

o The trial will help us understand your preferences, discuss your desired look, and make any necessary adjustments before the big day.

o Please contact Justine to schedule your bridal trial at least 3 months before the wedding. The trial needs to take place at least 4 weeks before your wedding date.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

o If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify Justine as soon as possible. 

o The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if available and agreed upon by Justine.

o In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent Justine from fulfilling her commitment, she will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement of equal expertise.

5. Payment:

o The remaining balance for your bridal makeup services is due 3 days prior to the day of your wedding.

o Payments can be made in bank transfer or cash.

o Please ensure that the payment is made promptly to avoid any delays.

o  Any additional costs incurred on the day such as parking, additional people etc will be totalled in a further invoice afterwards. 

6. Liability:

o Justine takes utmost care and uses high-quality products to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

o However, Justine cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur from the use of makeup products or any other unforeseen circumstances during the makeup application process.

7. Permission for Photography:

oJustine reserves the right to take photos of her work for her personal records.

o Justine may request your permission to capture photographs of your makeup application for promotional or portfolio purposes, this will be agreed with you prior to doing so.

o Your consent will be sought separately, and any identifiable images will only be used with your explicit permission.
